A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and several years of PM/enterprise experience are expected. The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership across regions and IT groups, with a focus on compliant, secure, and efficient business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Enterprise Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum three years in an enterprise or project management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business technology team including business analysts and systems analysts.
• Consult with the Commercial Enterprise Director and leaders to understand requirements, timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among regions, IT teams and management.
• Scope IT work requested by business units in projects.
• Update standards for business unit system documentation and mapping.
• Define and maintain requirements for member journey mapping and use cases.
• Create and execute BA documentation roadmaps, needs definition and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with IT management to accelerate modern approaches and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to influence change via enhancement strategies and apps.
• Ensure design and use cases support proper testing and QA.
• Maintain communication with project teams, QA, IT and partners.
• Monitor and improve project cost metrics; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure security and confidentiality and compliance with laws including Bank Secrecy Act.
