Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience
5 years delivering IT solutions using ITIL/Agile/Xp or similar
3 years leading product teams and driving technical roadmaps

Responsibilities

Guide solutions with strong business and tech perspective; align with engineers on requirements
Collaborate with IT leadership to implement technical vision and roadmaps
Foster self-governing delivery teams accountable for performance
Remove roadblocks and communicate across IT and leadership levels
Promote cross-functional collaboration and adherence to business requirements
Provide input on technology decisions, staffing, and product features
Ensure clear communication between engineering squads and IT leadership
Monitor sprint deliverables and engineer check-ins
Lead adoption of new technologies and upskill teams
Manage staffing, budget, and production support when needed
