Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax prep experience; 20+ clients per season.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Licenses or certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients.
• Deliver tax strategy, planning services, and software support onsite.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and support teams as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
