Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail/Flagship Business Tax Experts to serve in-person clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offering tax planning and software support while nurturing customer relationships. On-site role, engaging with community, expanding TurboTax client base, and delivering a best-in-class experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons for individuals and business clients.
• Experience preparing federal and state business returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks familiarity encouraged.
• Willingness to work onsite in a front-facing TurboTax retail environment, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and upsell additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact for tax strategy and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, assisting with software and tax questions.
• Act as a local TurboTax ambassador and grow the client base in the community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when additional accounting support is needed.
