Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail/Flagship Business Tax Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and business entities at a TurboTax store.

You will own client relationships, deliver year‑round tax guidance, and leverage Intuit tools to optimize deductions while collaborating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists. You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and represent TurboTax in on-site retail environments with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax return preparation experience (1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, ~30 returns per year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, plan tax strategies, and leverage Intuit tools for accurate results.
• Build long-term client relationships; collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
