Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Business & Analytical student to join our Central Production team in Garden Grove, CA. You will help ensure systems run smoothly and scale for growth, contributing to process improvements at a fast-paced startup.

As an intern, you will gather requirements, analyze data, test and implement new systems, document functionality, and train users. The role provides hands-on experience in a VC-backed EV startup during early product development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
• Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies.

Job Overview

• Location: Immerse yourself in our innovative culture! This role requires a commitment of 4-5 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA as well as full-time hours (40 hours a week).
• Duration: 8 weeks for quarter or 15 weeks for semester (January 11 to April 30 OR January 11 to March 12)
• Relocation Support: A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.
• Compensation: Earn an hourly rate of $25-35 USD per hour
