Job summary

Acara Solutions, part of the Aleron family, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Florida. You will deliver exceptional customer service, oversee contract staff at client sites, and drive recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.

• Provide administrative onboarding/offboarding for contract employees and ensure smooth processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.


• Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.


• Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.


• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.


• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.


• Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.


• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.


• Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.


• Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.


• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• This role operates in a modern, hybrid work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms.
