Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Workday Lead to guide complex application projects from planning through post-implementation support.

You will partner with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams to translate business needs into functional solutions, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with standards. This role demands strong analytics, communication, and leadership in a dynamic, global workforce solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in operational/business analytics.
• Minimum 6 years of Workday Benefits, HCM, and Other module config/testing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience configuring benefit modules with multiple plans and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects as functional lead, document requirements, coordinate milestones.

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex projects as the functional lead, facilitating project meetings, documenting requirements, coordinating milestones, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, test plans, test cases, data mappings, project estimates, and other key project documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand application and user experience requirements, provide functional guidance, and ensure technology solutions support business needs.
• Coordinate testing and implementation activities, working with technical and testing teams to identify, document, and resolve issues while ensuring solutions perform as expected.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, advising teams on application impacts, enterprise initiatives, system enhancements, regulatory requirements, and project methodology.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operational/business analytics
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Benefits module config, testing, troubleshooting
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday HCM module config, testing, troubleshooting
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Other module config, testing, troubleshooting
• Minimum 6 years of experience in configuration skillset within benefits module (full benefit module build in organization with multiple benefit plans options, scaled pricing model, voluntary benefits, pre/post tax)

• Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
