Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, MIS, CS, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 2 years of systems, technical, and/or business analysis experience.
• CJIS background check may be required for IT Services.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between assigned department(s) and Information Services to coordinate technical solutions and upgrades.
• Analyze business processes, map requirements, and identify automation opportunities to improve operations.
• Prepare functional specifications, assess cost impact, and recommend software upgrades and testing activities.
• Perform administrative duties, attend meetings, prepare reports, assist with budgets, and manage data records.
