Job summary

Rosen’s Diversified, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and guide design choices with cross-functional teams.

With 7+ years in the field and expertise in Infor M3, you will help optimize processes in a dynamic, food/beverage-focused environment and contribute to project charters, testing, and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Infor M3 experience preferred.
• Infor M3 certification(s) preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage or process manufacturing industry.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, site visits, and use cases.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional specifications for developers.
• Partner with peers and technical teams to design to-be solutions and pilot/deploy options.
• Obtain design approvals to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Facilitate testing including test planning, execution, and defect oversight.
• Adhere to SDLC and change control processes.
• Assist in end-user training and post go-live support.
• Provide estimates for initial intake of enhancements and projects.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in QA of purchased or developed solutions to enable/optimize features.
• Develop strong business cases for project charters and decisions.
• Conduct research on software and hardware products to meet requirements and support purchasing.
