Jobot is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our on-site IT team in Battle Creek, MI. You will analyze business processes, implement Power Platform solutions, and coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
• System integrations and SSO experience.
• Data analytics experience; SQL exposure a plus.
• Business solutions mindset: understand problems before tooling.
• Strong initiative and follow-through.
• Team-player with willingness to do what's needed.
• Onsite in Battle Creek, MI with occasional remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows and business apps with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards and support data analytics needs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Manage integrations between third-party systems, including SSO.
• Support IT asset management.
• Contribute to web and online sales projects.
• Partner with business users to understand needs and translate them into solutions.
• Support major IT initiatives including POS rollout, barcoding, and procurement.
