Job summary

STI in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Business Analyst/Solutions Developer to design, build, test, and deploy internal business solutions. You will gather requirements, document them, and create automation using Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, and related Microsoft tools.

Work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical specifications, develop BI capabilities, data models, and dashboards, and help modernize processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business discipline.
• Strong willingness to develop technical skills in application building, data visualization, and process reengineering.
• Excellent communication and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices and current tech trends.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling tools.
• Proficiency with O365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to create detailed reports and deliver presentations.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with a self-driven attitude.
