Job summary

Mill Steel Co. in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Business Analyst – Power Platform to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions across the Power Platform, building scalable automation and AI-driven capabilities using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.

You will collaborate with business users to define KPIs, ensure data quality and performance, and support integrations with D365 F&SCM, SharePoint, and Dataverse as part of ongoing modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for process automation.
• Create and enhance Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Support Power Pages solutions (e.g., portals, secure user experiences).
• Partner with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.
• Assist with Power Platform integrations across enterprise systems (e.g., D365 F&SCM, SharePoint, Dataverse).
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, workflows, and data pipelines.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and knowledge assets.
