MBG Marketing in Grand Junction, MI is seeking a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to support MBG’s business applications and develop reliable Power BI reports. You will combine hands-on report development, SQL querying, and data validation with user support, testing, documentation, and training.

This role collaborates with MBG staff across locations and systems such as Grower Portal and Business Central, providing on-site support, onboarding guidance, and ongoing improvements to reporting

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports.
• Experience with Power Query transformations and DAX measures.
• SQL skills to retrieve data and reconcile report totals.
• Troubleshoot reporting and application issues methodically.
• Translate user needs into practical reports and improvements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and validate results against source data.
• Gather requirements from business users and document calculation logic.
• Provide functional support for MBG’s applications and third‑party systems.
• Log, prioritize, and track issues; coordinate resolutions with IT vendors.
• Create user guides and deliver onboarding training.
• Support changes through testing, rollout, and post‑launch follow‑ups.
