What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business problems and develop automated solutions, processes, and procedures
- Provide technical expertise in identifying and developing systems that meet user requirements
- Create specifications for systems and conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing
- Guide implementation of new business processes and oversee day-to-day application and production issues
- Develop project plans for the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent functional training in business
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business functional area
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MS Office Suite, and PeopleSoft functional training
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience in various system development and project management methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive in-depth knowledge of multiple enterprise applications
- Ability to create complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts
- Experience conducting fit/gap analysis based on requirements
- Capability to develop detailed test plans for large initiatives
- Proven ability to provide guidance and conduct training for lower-level personnel
