- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst focusing on Pega BPM/CRM platforms
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or financial services industries
- Knowledge of AI-driven decisioning and robotic process automation in Pega applications
