Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting enterprise PPM platforms (Planview, OnePlan, Clarity)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT, defect triage, and working with technical teams
• Experience documenting processes and workflow requirements for automation, including access management workflows
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III to support enterprise applications, access management processes, and workflow automation initiatives. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate testing efforts, and support user access management activities.

Location: Remote, Charlotte, NC, or Newport Beach, CA

Pay Rate: $78-$82/hr

Key Responsibilities

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms such as Planview, OnePlan, Clarity, or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT, defect triage, and working with technical teams.
• Experience documenting processes and workflow requirements for automation, including access management workflows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint or other Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and workflow automation.
