Job summary

TDW is seeking a Mid-level Business Systems Analyst II to support enterprise applications and analyze business needs across manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse operations. You will document requirements, assist with configurations, and support project execution while liaising between business users and IT.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in business systems or analysis, strong communication, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Systems, MIS, Business, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in business systems, application support, or related IT roles.
• Knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Manufacturing, SCM, or Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into documented requirements for enterprise apps.
• Document current and future state processes, gaps, and enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day application support, incident resolution, and testing assistance.
• Communicate system status and maintenance to users and stakeholders.
• Participate in project execution, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support configuration, integrations, and basic troubleshooting across locations.
