Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in business systems or IT roles.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ERP understanding.
• Experience with D365 F&O in manufacturing, supply chain, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Work with business users and IT to understand needs and translate them into documented requirements.
• Assist with documenting current and future business processes, gaps, enhancements, test scenarios, and UACs.
• Provide day-to-day application support, incident resolution, and system administration for assigned solutions.
• Participate in project execution, testing, data validation, and post-go-live support.
