IJW Whiskey Company, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with IT systems, data, and reporting. The role supports ERP initiatives, application support, and system improvements while delivering actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, own data quality, build dashboards in Power BI, and help coordinate large-scale projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or hybrid role.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• Exposure to large-scale system implementations or projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to map workflows and improvements.
• Provide day-to-day ERP and internal tool support.
• Lead or assist ERP implementation and project coordination.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across systems.
• Document processes and configurations.
