Qualifications

Experience writing requirements for business software applications.
2+ years' experience with complex software applications.
Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc.
Experience with API technology, structure, data mapping, etc a plus.
Process or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Identifies, analyzes and facilitates the implementation of technology to support responsibilities.
Coordinates communication with management, technology team, end users, and stakeholders.
Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.
Monitors reporting and automations, addresses incidents, and communicates with customers and stakeholders.
Participates in agile scrums, sprint planning, release planning, reviews and retrospectives.
