Job summary

IJW Whiskey Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead server, network, and security operations in our Beverly Hills office. You will manage virtualization, storage, backups, and DR, while supporting end users and maintaining robust documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT. You will collaborate with management on upgrades, security, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT required.
• 10+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, and security.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Familiarity with storage, backup, and DR procedures.
• Certifications such as CCNA/Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization platforms for high availability and performance.
• Configure and manage LAN/WAN, network policies, and security measures.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide end-user IT support and training; create documentation.
• Plan technology upgrades and expansion projects with management.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
