Job summary
Wipfli LLP in the United States is seeking an Analyst II to support ERP/Workday reporting and analytics. Under the ERP Manager, you’ll gather requirements, document business needs, and help drive process improvements.
You’ll create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, work with finance, accounting and IT, and assist with system design and upgrades. A BS in IT/related field and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of job-related experience.
- Proficiency with Workday reporting tools.
- Experience with Workday business processes/design.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business/technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of Workday data in reports.
- Support system design/optimization and upgrades.
