Storyteller Overland is seeking a part of our Tech Services team to support business systems and IT operations. You’ll work with our Business Systems Manager to administer NetSuite, Airtable, HubSpot, Zoom, and Shopify while gaining hands‑on exposure to data automation tools like Claude, n8n, Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn and help administer NetSuite, Airtable, HubSpot, Zoom, and Shopify.
• Support day‑to‑day configuration, troubleshooting, and user requests across these platforms.
• Assist with license and seat management — provisioning, deprovisioning, and right‑sizing user access across all systems.
• Help maintain data integrity and governance across connected systems.
• Set up new hardware and onboard/offboard employees.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows and reports.
