We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis skills to support technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical requirements, analyze data, support system integrations, and collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC, Agile, and software testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking, payments, financial services, card processing, ACH, wire, or transaction-processing experience.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data warehouses, ETL, and reconciliation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Power BI, or similar tools.
