As the Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary owner and administrator of the company’s ERP system, working extensively with NetSuite to tailor functionalities that support business growth. Your expertise will facilitate seamless integrations, automate workflows, and empower internal teams with the tools they need to succeed. Your analytical skills and strategic insight will help translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term system enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator and a solid understanding of core financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Budgeting, and FP&A
• Minimum of 3 years managing enterprise applications, with proficiency in integrations and architecture
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite customization including workflows, saved searches, roles, and permissions
• Experience in B2B/B2C operations, EDI, and eCommerce order lifecycle processes preferred
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and master data management
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL basics is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, particularly within an agile environment
• Effective communicator capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo
• Industry experience in fashion and apparel

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant experience in application management, with demonstrated success in technical support and system configuration

• Full-time availability at our Soho NY office with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday through Thursday)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
