Job summary

Capaxrm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and related business applications. The role blends ERP administration, integrations, project delivery and process improvement to support Finance, Operations, Sales and leadership.

The successful candidate will drive ERP enhancements, partner with vendors, and enable data-driven decisions across a growing distribution business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ERP administration, business systems analysis or technology project delivery.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
• Background in distribution, manufacturing or multi-location operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering and systems integration.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal resource for Business Central, overseeing administration, troubleshooting and system improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Coordinate system implementations, integrations, upgrades and UAT, including projects associated with acquisitions.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process standardisation and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Support reporting, data integrity, user training and system documentation.

The Opportunity

We are working with an established, growing distribution business seeking a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and wider business applications.

This is a hands-on, business-facing position combining ERP administration, systems integration, project delivery and process improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and senior leadership, supporting ongoing ERP improvements and technology initiatives as the business continues to grow.
