This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and property management technology, helping the team get more out of the systems that run the business and turning raw data into something leadership can actually use.This is a good fit for someone analytical and detail-oriented who's comfortable working directly with property management software and the teams who rely on it every day. WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport and help administer the company’s core business systems, including its property management platformBuild and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership and operations teams real visibility into performanceAnalyze operational and financial data to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementDocument current workflows and help design better ones as the portfolio growsPartner with property-level and corporate teams to understand their systems needs and turn them into working solutionsTest new system features, integrations, and process changes before they roll out company-wideTroubleshoot data and systems issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve themMaintain data accuracy and consistency across systems through regular audits and cleanupTrain team members on system updates, reports, and best practicesWHY YOU MATTERGood decisions depend on good data and systems that actually work the way people need them to.
