Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a business systems, data analyst, or systems administration role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus.
• Experience with a property management platform (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover the story behind data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, explaining systems to non-technical teammates.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of catching issues.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Real estate, property management, or student housing background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer core business systems, including the property management platform.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and operations visibility.

This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and property management technology, helping the team get more out of the systems that run the business and turning raw data into something leadership can actually use.This is a good fit for someone analytical and detail-oriented who's comfortable working directly with property management software and the teams who rely on it every day.
