Job summary

Empathy Talent in Los Angeles is seeking a Systems Analyst & Training Coordinator to administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage, deliver user training, and empower teams with data-driven insights.

You will build dashboards with Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, analyze financial and operational data, and collaborate with accounting, operations, and asset management to improve processes and reporting. The role requires travel and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Yardi or RealPage in multifamily/property management.
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting, database management, and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage systems, including user access and security.
• Deliver system training, onboarding, and ongoing user support to improve adoption.

• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management to improve processes and reporting.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

In this role, you'll lead the administration, optimization, and training of Yardi, RealPage, and other property management systems, empowering teams with data-driven insights, improving workflows, and supporting business performance across a diverse real estate portfolio.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve processes, system integrations, and reporting capabilities
• Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
