Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking an ERP Administrator to keep a mission-critical platform running for our client in an onsite Columbus, OH setting.

You will manage day-to-day ERP administration, respond to ERP questions, translate requests from Finance and Operations into system changes, run updates, build reports, and document processes while training users and seeking automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting an ERP system.
• Experience with ERP security, workflow setup, and user role design.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Comfortable onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the ERP platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configuration settings.
• Act as the first call for ERP questions and issues, resolving problems quickly or escalating to vendors when needed.
• Translate requests from Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments into system changes and workflow improvements.
• Plan and carry out system updates, patches, and enhancements, including testing before rollout.
• Build and maintain reports and data extracts that give teams the information they need.
• Protect data accuracy by monitoring imports, integrations, and master data.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Train new and existing users and share tips for getting more out of the system.
• Spot repetitive manual work and recommend ways to automate or simplify it.
