Mooring is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Administrator to keep our applications, data, and IT partners in sync across our operations. Join a family-owned disaster restoration firm that values integrity and bold problem solving, and own the tools our team relies on daily.

In this role you will integrate ERP, CRM, LMS, and Microsoft 365, troubleshoot data mismatches, and lead go-live projects. A hands-on, cross-functional mindset thrives here, with clear ownership and vendor

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years administering business applications and supporting end users in an internal IT role.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or LMS and system integrations.
• Experience coordinating software implementations and go-live adoption.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience, including user, license, and access management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience working with an outsourced MSP and multi-location environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer Mooring's core business applications — including ERP, CRM, LMS, project and field systems, and Microsoft 365 — covering user access, configuration, and reporting.
• Keep systems talking to each other by catching and fixing data mismatches before they become a problem.
• Own IT onboarding and offboarding with the partner (Velo) so new hires are ready on day one and offboarding is complete.
• Be the first point of contact for application questions and bring in Velo for infrastructure issues as needed.
• Build training guides and quick-reference material for the tools used most by the team.
• Lead technology projects from planning through go-live, including new software rollouts and reporting tools.
• Track IT spend, manage license renewals, and support vendor contract negotiations.
• Observe department workflows and recommend changes to keep systems aligned with actual operations.
