Assist with the coordination and management of third-party workforce resources. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions. Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve operational issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collect and respond to customer feedback, resolve issues in a timely manner, and help improve customer satisfaction. Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.About You:Associate's degree or above; all majors are welcome.
