Business Support Analyst I This is an onsite position located in Conyers, GA. This is not a remote position.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) is seeking candidates for an entry‑level Business Support Analyst I position in the Program Management Office (PMO). College graduates are encouraged to apply. The PMO offers a structured career‑development path to support the learning, development, and growth of Business Support Analysts. This career path includes a 5% salary increase after the first year and an additional 5% increase after the second year with a title change to Business Support AnalystII. Then completion of the third year includes a 5% salary increase and a title change to Business Support AnalystIII.
Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience related to area of assignment, such as documenting stakeholder requirements, submitting support tickets, communicating with business and technical teams, creating internal communication documents to support process changes. OR Bachelor's degree in business or related fields from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience related to the area of assignment.
Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year‑over‑year.
