Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience or equivalent
• 4–7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales in a commissioned environment
• 2 years people management responsibilities
• 2 years telecommunications/technical sales experience preferred

• Increase market share and achieve/exceed targets for subscribers, revenue, and churn.
• Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your region.
• Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining ethical standards.
• Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop Account Executives; mentor in the field.
