T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing outside sales team in a geographic area. You will hire, train, and develop Account Executives, drive sales plans, and ensure team achievement of revenue and subscriber targets with a focus on retention and growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, presentations, recruiting, and leadership, with a strong emphasis on ethical sales practices, travel, and a compensation plan including incentives.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience (Required)
• 4-7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
• 2 Years People management responsibilities (Preferred)
• 2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Market share: Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
• Sales quota: Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region.
• Operational initiatives: Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.
• Sales meetings: Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
• Staff development: Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
