Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience required.
• 4-7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment preferred.
• 2 years people management responsibilities preferred.
• 2 years telecommunications/technical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market share: Increase market share and exceed performance targets for subscribers, revenue, and churn.
• Sales quota: Meet or exceed overall sales quota for the region.
• Operational initiatives: Implement key initiatives in the field while maintaining standards.
• Sales meetings: Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
• Staff development: Hire, train, and develop Account Executives; provide ongoing mentoring.
