T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing direct sales team in a specific geographic area, overseeing hiring, training, and development, and driving productivity across Account Executives.

This role requires dynamic leadership, strong coaching, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve aggressive targets while maintaining ethical standards and customer focus. Travel may be required, and compensation includes base pay plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience (Required).
• 4-7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales in commissioned setting (Preferred).
• 2 years people management experience (Preferred).
• 2 years telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Increase market share and exceed performance targets for subscribers, revenue, and churn.
• Meet or exceed regional sales quota.
• Implement key operational initiatives in the field with high ethics and procedural standards.
• Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop Account Executives; mentor in the field.
