Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, delivering financial solutions and education to support business success.

You will engage clients on-site, across branches, and with partners, balancing growth with risk and ensuring exceptional client experiences. A strong network and 1+ year in business banking are preferred; salary and benefits reflect market standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products and services.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and escalate when needed.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and own problems for clients.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide banking solutions and manage opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing tailored solutions.
• Identify and promote financial solutions that support client profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; refine relationship strategies with manager.
• Pursue new business, cultivate long-term relationships, and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Collaborate with partners to meet client needs and risk standards.
• Support branches and adhere to regulatory requirements.
