Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to cultivate and manage a portfolio of small to mid-market clients. You will provide financial advice, banking solutions, and risk-aware recommendations to help clients grow their businesses, with regular in-person visits and collaboration across lines of business.

The role emphasizes client experience, risk management, and proactive relationship development within Chase’s nationwide banking network.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and make sound decisions.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and exceptional client service to Chase business clients.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend optimal solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations; adjust strategies with guidance from management.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches by adhering to risk controls and regulatory requirements.
