JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will build strong client relationships, assess needs, and coordinate with specialists to support growth and risk controls.

You will engage with clients at their sites, drive revenue opportunities, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure a seamless client experience while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products; understands industry/market needs.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver outstanding experience by offering tailored business banking solutions.
• Leverage knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk to recommend profitable solutions for the portfolio.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations; follow a relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Build cross-branch collaboration with partners to connect clients with specialists who meet their financial goals.
• Support assigned branches and follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
