Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Solid knowledge of business credit, products, and practices across industries.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and to escalate when appropriate.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and own client issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million for assigned branches.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver comprehensive financial solutions aligned with client needs and risk management.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals and protect the firm via risk protocols.
