• Strong leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

Business Process Reengineering focuses on redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, cost, and performance across organizations .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Process Reengineering / Process Improvement
• 2+ years of experience in grant management systems or government-funded programs
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership experience in cross-functional environments
• Proficiency in tools such as:
