SECU is hiring a Business Optimization Specialist to analyze and improve enterprise processes, partnering with multiple departments to reduce friction for members and staff. The role requires hands-on data analysis, requirements gathering, and the design of trials to validate improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in financial services process improvement, proficiency with MS Visio/PowerPoint, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement within the financial sector.
• Experience leading optimization projects and change management with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process-drawing/presentation tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or PMP are preferred but not required.
