Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations management or continuous improvement, expert document and presentation craftsmanship, and a proven ability to reduce costs and cycle times through data-driven change.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced business process managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for business process managers with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

Compensation

$70/hour
Commitment:
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location:
Fully remote, work on your own schedule
