Job summary

Ethos, a leading AI lab partner, seeks experienced works managers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with fully remote work and flexible hours.

Candidates should have 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, and own processes such as production capacity planning, BOMs, root‑cause analysis, equipment maintenance, quality checks, and supplier qualification in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packages, or quality-control processes.
• Working knowledge of root-cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop production capacity models and BOM packages.
• Prepare root-cause failure analysis reports and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Develop quality-control inspection checklists and supplier qualification packages.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced works managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for works managers with 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root‑cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality‑control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
