Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced operations managers to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and an ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and forecasting spreadsheets. Strong written communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with capacity planning models, forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow maps.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and business cases that reduce cost or cycle time.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Job description

Pay: $70/hr, up to $1.4k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for operations and process improvement professionals with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
