Black & Veatch is seeking a Business Process Technology Senior Analyst to lead business process systems scope, gather requirements, and guide analytics, reporting, and automation work across multiple projects. You’ll partner with stakeholders, design end-to-end solutions, and advance data governance while ensuring security and standards.

The role blends technical delivery with training and collaboration. Hybrid work is available, with ownership in how we deliver impact across infrastructure

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, automation, and BI solutions.
• Experience with the Power Platform and Power BI for self-service analytics and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate into tech-enabled solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment planning for BI, automation, and data management assets.
• Assess processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and governance objectives.
• Collaborate with innovation teams to implement and improve technology while ensuring security and standards.
• Develop training materials to promote adoption and effective use of solutions.
• Support cross-BV teams to drive continuous improvement of data assets and reporting capabilities.
