Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience defining and tracking process KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Business Process Engineer – Digital Transformation

Location: Dallas or Plano, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer to support enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives across AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform programs. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with RPA, low-code, or workflow automation platforms.
• Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Plano, TX area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
