Job summary

Fisher Investments in Tampa, FL seeks a Business Process Associate to support process improvements aligned with Global Business PCG goals. You will work with analysts, program managers, and technology teams to drive project execution, documentation, testing, and adoption of new processes.

You will build foundational business analysis and project management skills while contributing to solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience focused on executing business process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Responsibilities

• Support business process Analysts and Program Managers in executing process improvements
• Collaborate with business and tech partners to gather requirements and support project deliverables
• Maintain documentation processes, workflows, procedures, and project plans
• Support UAT, test planning, test execution, and defect tracking
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation
• Assist in researching business problems and identifying improvement opportunities
• Participate in project meetings and track action items
• Support change management activities including communication, training, rollout preparation and hypercare
