Fisher Investments is seeking a Business Analyst Associate to support the Portfolio Management Technology Services group. You will partner with Product Owner, act as a business expert, and translate needs into clear requirements for Scrum teams while ensuring reliable application support throughout the organization.

In this role you will learn and apply new technology releases, assist with testing, and contribute to documentation and workflows for user training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, math or related field with 1–3 years in software development teams.
• Experience in project management and requirements analysis.
• IT experience in wealth management tech with ability to manage application projects.

Mansioni

• Define requirements with Product Owner for one or more Scrum Teams.
• Analyze issues and provide business-driven solutions.
• Provide application support with Help Desk and infrastructure teams.
• Support major internal and third-party software applications.
• Create documents and workflows for user training and business requirements.
